Termite Control
Pre- and post-construction termite treatment that protects your structure's foundation and woodwork from silent, long-term damage.
Termite damage is usually invisible until it's structural: by the time mud tubes or hollow-sounding wood show up, colonies have often been active for months. We assess soil and woodwork around the foundation, treat active colonies, and where needed apply a barrier treatment to prevent re-entry.
Signs you may need this treatment
- Mud tubes running along walls, foundations, or wooden beams
- Wood that sounds hollow when tapped, or crumbles under light pressure
- Discarded wings near windowsills or light fixtures (a sign of a swarm)
- Sagging floors, doors, or window frames that stick without an obvious cause
How we treat it
- Soil and structural inspection around the foundation and woodwork
- Treatment of active termite activity and nesting areas
- Barrier or bait-station treatment depending on construction type
- Post-treatment inspection to confirm no residual activity
